We provide full financial protection for all our customers.

• Non-flight packages and single travel services are protected through The Travel Network Group Trust Account, which securely holds your funds until your holiday is complete.

If a travel supplier fails, your booking and money remain protected. You’ll either receive a full refund or, where possible, we’ll make alternative arrangements so your holiday can continue as planned.
